HR & Recruitment Administrator - Part Time3 days per week - Mon, Wed, Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch
NG7, office based
£ £13.85 per hour

- Our client is seeking to appoint a friendly, confident and organised individual to provide support to the company and play a key role within Central Administration. In this role, you will work alongside the MD's PA to help manage all aspects of the central office administration including recruitment and the HR onboarding lifecycle; being the initial point of contact for Recruitment and HR related queries both internally and externally._
- This role involves taking responsibility for a wide range of general administrative duties. You will also be producing employee documents, such as contracts of employment packs and maintaining database systems to provide accurate information to the management teams and Payroll department._
- This is an extremely varied role that would suit an individual who thrives in a fastpaced working environment. Central Admin is at the heart of the business, working closely with the MD, his PA and the senior management team to ensure the smooth running of daytoday operations._
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for company travel, building and vehicle maintenance, procurement, overseeing the upkeep and cleanliness of the building and some admin support as and when required.
- Recruitment Administration for the Company's resource and talent planning requirements. Build and effectively manage recruitment agency relationships
- Keep up to date with employment law and legislative changes to effectively maintain internal policies and procedures.
- Generate contracts of employment and various documents for job offer packs.
- Carry out new staff inductions and oversee ongoing employee welfare.
- Maintain accurate holiday and sickness records and keep the HR database and Recruitment Trackers up to date.
- Assist the senior management in disciplinary and grievance matters.
Skills & Experience:
- Be confident, personable and able to easily build rapport
- Have at least 5 years' experience working in a highlevel administration role which includes HR and Recruitment.
- Have experience within a smallto medium sized private sector organisation

essential: - Have a good understanding of Employment Law
- Deal with people management issues, having a good balance of empathy and impartiality
- Have experience of attracting new hires using a variety of sources
- Be proficient in Microsoft suite,
with very strong knowledge and competence using Excel (essential.)
