As Customer Service Assistant, you will be providing administrative support and assistance to the team of Remortgage Caseworkers in order to enable them to process a high volume caseload of remortgage cases.

Description
As Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To assist nominated caseworker's to handle a pipeline of new Remortgage instructions per month
- Make outbound calls to request redemption statements from existing lenders
- Take inbound calls during busy periods, carry out identification checks; process mortgage offers; chase any borrowers outstanding documentation required to proceed to completion
- Process incoming questionnaire packs from borrowers and redemption statements
- Make outbound calls to lender clients to chase mortgage advances and to request updates
Profile
The successful Customer Service Assistant will have:
- Some experience in using IT skills
- Customer Service experience either in an office setting or facetoface
- Retail/Hospitality/Call Centre/Customer Service background
- An ability to work in a demanding environment, working to strict deadlines and within Service Level Agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working within a team environment and of supporting others
- Live within a commutable distance to Leicester City Centre
- Be comfortable with office based work
Job Offer
