A leading independent pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector, to join their facility based in the Leicestershire area on a permanent basis.

The typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (early finish on Fridays).


Reporting to the QA Supervisor Materials Management, the core function of the role will be to assess incoming materials and components and control of master documentation.

You will handle the assessment of incoming raw materials and components, receipting, inspection and release of APIs.

Provide QA oversight of commercial and clinical trial labelling operations, sample ingredients and components supporting the entire business, including chemistry and microbiology departments.

You will review batch documentation, Certificate of Analysis / Conformity (COA / COFCs), data logger data, stability data and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers / clients.

You will handle initiation, review and management to close out change controls, deviations, CAPAs and supplier notifications.

Experience working in a cleanroom environment would be highly advantageous.
