Guest Services Assistant

Rate of Pay - £9 - £11 per hour dependant on age

Welcome to Bainland Lodge Retreats - a number one choice for a luxury and rural short break retreats, which is family run located near Woodhall Spa.

Our Guest Services team is integral to delivering an experience that will exceed guests' expectations, from the moment they drive into Bainland until the moment that they leave.

The Guest Services Assistant will be the difference between guests experiencing a good break and a great break at Bainland Lodge Retreats.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Guest Services team handle the check-in of guests twice a week and are the key point of contact for guest queries, concerns, and issues at any time of the day.

Additionally, they will carry out booking requirements for the wide range of activities on site.

HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. The hours of work will be organised according to a rota which will be issued in advance. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week.

As our retreat is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include evenings, weekends, public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year.

ABOUT YOU - Essential Requirements

Excellent guest care skills (preferably a minimum of 1 year in a guest care environment)
Good standard of education including Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent qualification)
