Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Roofer.

As a Solar Roofer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial roofs while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform site assessments to determine the suitability of roofs for solar panel installation.
  • Install solar racking systems and panels according to engineering specifications and local building codes.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct roof penetrations and waterproofing as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar installations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in roofing or construction preferred.
  • Familiarity with solar panel installation techniques and equipment.
  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay:
£31,861.00-£36,618.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Solar Roofing: 3 years (preferred)

  • Solar PV: 3 years (preferred)
