Supply Chain Coordinator


Job Type:
Permanent, Full time


Hours: 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

Location:
Hams Hall, Coleshill, B46 1AL


Salary:
£30k-£32k per year (dependent on experience)


We are a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Supply Chair Coordinator to support the Head Office functions in line with the company's growth.

THE ROLE

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Raising purchase orders with suppliers and maintaining our internal order tracker, ensuring to keep it up to date with accurate information.
  • Bookings goods into our internal system when they arrive at our warehouse, and marking them as 'ready for delivery' so they can be booked out with customers.
  • Forecasting of stock and demand planning
  • Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly stock audits to ensure stock is accurate at all times.
  • Monthly reporting for the Director
  • Logistics coordinating of incoming containers and supplier deliveries
  • Administrating customs clearance processes for incoming stock
  • Analysis of stock/SKUs
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers, shippers and other key stakeholders in the business
  • Data entry and other adhoc general administration duties, as required
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team

Skills:


  • Must have 2+ years' experience in Administration
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well organised and methodical
  • Logical mindset
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
