We are recruiting for a
Content Marketing Executive who has an experience in Marketing. You will be working closely with the Regional Heads of our Marketing Team.


You will be responsible for continuing to build
Resource Solutions' brand identity and online presence globally, with a focus on lead generation, through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content across online and traditional channels.


This involves developing and managing a global content plan, content ideation, and growing our online network in line with our business strategy.


Overall, you will be responsible for effectively planning, creating, and implementing Resource Solutions' content plan, aligned to business growth goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generating, Thought Leading Content Creation

  • Create leadgenerating long and shortform content, such as thought leadership eguides, infographics and product playbooks, for key target audiences across all our markets
  • Collaborate with the regional heads of marketing to support in the creation of content campaigns that achieve specific goals aligned to our business growth strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing executives in each region, to generate ideas for content and trial new, engaging formats and channel
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for rich media content (video and animation)
  • Create surveys and collaborate with our Market Intelligence function, to develop dataled content that ensures we are always on the pulse of industry trends and continue to be known as industry thought leaders

Website Content

  • Create website content that clearly defines our service offering and brand messaging that helps set us apart from the competition
  • Work with the Digital Marketing lead to optimise content, with a focus on SEO and social media, to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the Resource Solutions website and generate quality leads

Editorial and PR

  • Support with editorial content for the CEO

Existing and Potential Client-focused Content

  • Work with the sales an operations teams to create client case studies that showcase our differentiation in the market
  • Work closely with the Bids team to ensure alignment with, and promotion of, the latest content and market intel
  • Produce and schedule the monthly client newsletter 'The Source' and track results against goals set
  • Work with the Operational Directors to understand key industry trends and develop content that adds value to our existing clients

Content Plan and Implementation Schedule

  • Develop and manage the global content calendar to ensure maximisation of content across online and traditional channels, such as social media, events, webinars, website and PR
  • Craft social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) messaging for content, brand and employer brand campaigns

Reporting and best practice

  • Report and advise on bestperforming content and best practices on social media to ensure our content and campaigns are delivering against defined goals

Are you who we are looking for?

  • A minimum of two years previous experience in a content marketing, journalism, or PR environment
  • Demonstrable experience developing engaging content to attract and retain customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent content writing skills for web and traditional media, including strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • An understanding of the recruitment industry and RPO/MSP landscape, desirable but not necessary
  • Ability to analyse and translate statistics clearly and concisely in accessible and engaging content
  • Experience and understanding of online communications and content management
  • Team player: Able to work with colleagues across the business globally
  • Ability to work to tight, immovable deadlines under pressure in a busy environment
  • Comfortable liaising with external and senior internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, & Twitter
