Lettings Negotiator

This role is offered to a highly motivated individual looking to start a career within a private office working directly for a portfolio landlord.

As the portfolio continues to grow across London we are looking for a talented negotiator to work with our ambitious team.

We operate a portfolio in excess of 240 properties in Central London and SE/SW London. In total we have 350 properties within the UK and abroad.

The Role

As a lettings negotiator the primary function of this role will be to match prospective tenants to the available properties on our database.

It will be down to you to manage your own time and calendar to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding results.

This is the primary responsibility for our new team member and their performance will be measured in this way.

You must be an excellent communicator.
You must have a confident and strong telephone voice.
You must be well organised and be able to manage your own time.
You must be confident meeting all different types of people face to face, and be presentable.
You must be a strong negotiator.
You must be target driven and able to deliver results.

This role will be a self-employed position with commission per let set at 3% of rent achieve during contractual term.

You must be living in or around London in order to travel to our offices and properties easily.
