Description
The post holder will support the research team within the Department of Clinical Biochemistry.

The post holder will work with research and clinical trial teams in the management of research records, data, documentation, filing, correspondence, orders, etc.


The primary roles will be:


  • To support clinical staff by digitalising research records and data
  • To manage confidential research records as per hospital policies and established data management plans (DMPs)
  • To lead in managing files/records for clinical trials
  • To manage correspondence in between clinicians, research staff, external organisations and patients
  • To lead in data entry and data management for existing research databases, according to existing DMPs
  • Support ordering equipment for the trials

The post holder will be part of the research team within the Department of Clinical Biochemistry. This full-time post is suitable for individuals with an undergraduate degree in a biomedical discipline and excellent IT skills.


The postholder will work with research and clinical trials team(s) and the wider multidisciplinary team(s) in the management of research projects within the Department of Clinical Biochemistry.


The primary roles will be:
