Working Hours

Mon-Fri 09:00 to 17:30

Salary

Purpose of the Role


The Compliance Manager will be responsible for the management, supervision and integration of the Health & Safety and Security and Vetting functions across the FM+ Service Delivery function which currently delivers Security, Cleaning and Front of House/ConciergeServices to Savills managed properties.

There will also be a responsiblity for the governance and compliance of each service deliverable to ensure that FM+ Service Delivery remain compliant across the portfolio.


They will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients, contractors, tenants and Savills' colleagues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and monitoring of compliance of all functions within both the FM+ Service Delivery central function and at site level.
  • Supporting in creation and development of processes and procedures, including implementation of these at both the FM+ Service Delivery central function and at site level.
  • Test, monitor and improve on compliance and risk at site level, working closely with the Savills Safety+ Team to ensure compliance with Savills policy and procedure.
  • Be responsible for the management and maintenance of industry accreditations and best practice including but not limited to ISO 9001, 14001 and BS7858 and any other accreditations that may be required from time to time.
  • Provide key support to the area leads on sites being transferred into FM+ Service Delivery.
  • Implement processes and reporting to measure the benefits of changes and improvements.
  • Work closely with other functions such as Procurement and Safety+.
  • Work with FM+ Service Delivery supply chain to ensure that their compliance is adequate and in line with expectation, including dip testing/auditing of their processes.
  • Assisting with tender documents and pitches when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- _Be able to demonstrate suitable experience of working within a safety or security function_
- _S_uitable compliance/H&S qualification such as NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent. _

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulation
  • Knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • Methodical, diligent and analytical
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to create and provide reporting
