Open ended and Full Time - 37 hours per week

09.00am to 5.00pm, Friday pm

We have an opportunity for individual to join us as a Recruitment Officer following a promotion of our current staff member.


Our Recruitment and Resourcing team are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all academic and professional services roles across the University.


About the role:


  • You'll provide recruitment and resourcing advice to your hiring managers including where and how to advertise creatively
  • You'll support on immigration activities in relation to the new starter process; including right to work checks and Certificates of Sponsorships.
  • Be supported by a Senior Recruitment Officer and a Senior Immigration Officer, as well as a Team Leader.

Key Requirements:


  • You'll need to be comfortable talking to and advising colleagues at all levels of the university.
  • You will be the first point of contact in the team for your designated portfolio customers and will work alongside a team of fellow Officers.
  • You will need to have administration experience and ideally, this would be in a recruitment and resourcing environment, but this is not essential.
