Croydon Home Ed Adventurers is a forest school day care for home educated children.

It is set in 66 acres of scout woodland in croydon, twice a week on a tuesday and Wednesdays 8am to 4.30pm working hours.

I will be paying £15 ph and am looking for a level 3 qualified person, ennjoys the outdoors and happy to work in the outdoors in all weathers (there are buildings but it's a predominantly outdoor environment) someone who is passionate about being inclusive, fun and supportive.

I can provide extra training Such as safe guarding, SEND and forest school.

• Provide highquality care and education to children in the setting
• Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and experiences
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Observe and assess children's development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents

• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
