Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Acknowledge requisitions and requests from Customers.
  • Source a wide range of HVAC & refrigeration equipment from suppliers.
  • Quote requested items through Sage 200 to clients.
  • Acknowledge and process client purchase orders.
  • Oversee the expediting of orders and ensure clients are kept updated with expected delivery dates and informed of any delays.
  • Maintain a customer database of buyers and clients.
  • Assist the finance department with new client and supplier documentation, proforma invoices, general invoices and hire invoices, as well as sales orders to clients.
  • Complete appropriate export documentation when required.
  • Arrange local and international deliveries and collections.
  • Monthly reporting of sales figures to the Operations Manager.
  • Follow up outstanding quotes for feedback to improve our service.
  • Ensure paperwork and filling is up to date and in order.
  • Ensure all the correct information and certificates are available to aid in the preparation of customer and customs paperwork.
  • Ensure that correct MSDS accompany goods where applicable.
  • Continue to monitor and review supplier performance and seek new sources when needed.
  • Experience of working in Oil and Gas industry
  • Experience of working in a similar role

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
