Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Acknowledge requisitions and requests from Customers.
- Source a wide range of HVAC & refrigeration equipment from suppliers.
- Quote requested items through Sage 200 to clients.
- Acknowledge and process client purchase orders.
- Oversee the expediting of orders and ensure clients are kept updated with expected delivery dates and informed of any delays.
- Maintain a customer database of buyers and clients.
- Assist the finance department with new client and supplier documentation, proforma invoices, general invoices and hire invoices, as well as sales orders to clients.
- Complete appropriate export documentation when required.
- Arrange local and international deliveries and collections.
- Monthly reporting of sales figures to the Operations Manager.
- Follow up outstanding quotes for feedback to improve our service.
- Ensure paperwork and filling is up to date and in order.
- Ensure all the correct information and certificates are available to aid in the preparation of customer and customs paperwork.
- Ensure that correct MSDS accompany goods where applicable.
- Continue to monitor and review supplier performance and seek new sources when needed.
- Experience of working in Oil and Gas industry
- Experience of working in a similar role
