Estate Agent Branch Manager - Overview:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for Top Class Estate Agents to develop their career with an established, forward thinking independent Estate Agency.

Estate Agent Branch Manager - Scope:

  • You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealingwith them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

Estate Agent Branch Manager:


  • Objectives**:
  • Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
  • Setting and reviewing performance standards
  • Development of team members
  • Implementing agreed business plans
  • Listing and selling properties
  • Maintain a compliant business

Estate Agent Branch Manager - Remuneration:

  • £25,000
  • £28,000 negotiable Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
- £70,000+ On Target Earnings

  • Car Allowance
