Desirable Skills & Experience of the Front Desk Supervisor / Front Desk Manager

  • 1+ years Reception Manager, Front Desk Supervisor or Front Desk Manager experience.
  • Experience in 4 or 5star luxury hotel
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule basis
  • Willing to occasionally work nights if needed
  • A good level of written and spoken English.
