Desirable Skills & Experience of the Front Desk Supervisor / Front Desk Manager
- 1+ years Reception Manager, Front Desk Supervisor or Front Desk Manager experience.
- Experience in 4 or 5star luxury hotel
- Knowledge of Opera PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule basis
- Willing to occasionally work nights if needed
- A good level of written and spoken English.
