Are you a service driven individual who has front of house experience within a build to rent (BTR)/ hotel setting?

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Welcome Host based in Islington in a high-end residential build to rent development.

My client is searching for a bubbly and hardworking team member who has experience in either property, Build to rent or hotels to join their ambitious team and hit the ground running.

Your opportunity to progress within Build to Rent at a quick pace is second to none with this company as they are one of the fastest growing BTR operators within the UK.

Your core duties will consist of:

Working collaboratively with your team to always provide outstanding customer service to the residents.
Ensure that the residents are always satisfied with the service and that you deal effectively with complaints.
Ensure the delivery of highquality services including front and back of house functions, amenity space management, voids, and unit management, tenancy, income management, and tenant involvement.

You will enter this hugely expanding market and hit the ground running.

You will be joining an extremely bubbly team, with a tight knit teamwork culture. It is essential that you have at least 2 years' experience within a property/Build to rent/hotel environment.

Ability to multitask to complete a long todo list
Previous experience working in a customer facing role
A cando attitude
Bubbly and approachable nature
At least 2 years' experience
