Various sites around the Croydon Borough (Office is Bernard Weatherill House, Croydon, CR0 1EA)

PAY RATE:
£15.06 PAYE

START DATE:

ASAP

DURATION: 3-month initial contract (Possibility of Extension)

Hours: 36per week/ 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri.

Driving License Required:
YES,OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED

Overview

To carry out deep cleaning duties; replacing bin wheels; clearing bulky waste; carry out caretaking cleansing; basic gardening duties; clearing areas
To provide a minor repairs/works to common areas of council owned properties
Carry out effective secondary monitoring of estate services received by Housing, such as Veolia and Grounds Maintenance.
Carry out deep cleaning and removal of minor graffiti (common areas)
Someone who doesn't mind a changing rota; can work on their own as well as in a team; can use deep cleaning equipment; can drive; a caretaker/janitorial background.
