Our Interim Leadership team specialise in providing Interims to organisations that need strategic leadership at times of change.

From crisis management, skills gaps, large projects, technology changes and adding capacity to existing teams, our Interims provide strong proven leadership at Chief Executive and Senior Management level across a range of disciplines.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant to join our Housing and Not for Profit practice. We're searching for mature judgement, intellectual agility and a passion for public services.

It's an opportunity to learn or develop in the art of Executive Search and become a Partner of the future.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with colleagues in responding to invitations to tender, helping to define and articulate appropriate recruitment strategies, providing experiential evidence in support of our business case and attending client pitches.
Attend client briefings, appropriately and credibly challenging the brief based on your knowledge of the sector, managing expectations as appropriate.
Work with Project Coordinators to define the project plan, briefing colleagues and closely managing every aspect of delivery, maintaining client engagement and support through regular reporting.
Attend and Network at key conferences, attending as many roundtables as required to ensure an up to date knowledge of industry changes.
Demonstrate and actively work to develop and maintain a high level of sector and/or discipline knowledge.

To be successful you'll need:

Extensive experience of successfully building longterm relationships through delivery of high quality work.
Experience in Executive Search or arelated area, such as contingency recruitment, HR or transformation consulting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Although not essential, the following skills and knowledge would be ideal:
Atrack record of successfully delivering Executive Search assignments with Public sector clients
Sales skills including new business development, proposal writing and pitching.
