Responsibilities:

Content Production:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written materials, aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries.

3.


Copywriting:

• Develop written content for blog posts, social media captions, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure content is clear, concise, and resonates with our target audience.

4.


Multimedia Editing:

• Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation.

5.


Branding Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency in all content produced.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand's identity.

6.


Analytics and Improvement:

• Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
• Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve content strategies.

Requirements:

• 3 Alevels or equivalent (grade C and above)
• Passion for content creation and storytelling.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in graphic design and multimedia editing.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a 21-month apprenticeship program. The programme is delivered during normal working hours.

Delivered through a blend of online, webinar and practical sessions, and the apprentice will receive regular 1-1 sessions and support from their tutor.

On completion of the course you will have a good working knowledge of:
Planning and developing creative content in line with a budget.

Creating content in line with the company strategy and objectives.

Researching, preparing and developing content to maximise audience engagement.

Storing and organising content and resources safely.

Collaborating with stakeholders to design content which meets the overall strategy.

Evaluating the effectiveness of posted content using analytics and data sources.

Undertaking continuous professional development.

Utilising Adobe Creative Suite including Premier Pro to edit and produce content.
