We are a specialist childcare provider that works with children who can display challenging behaviour and present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD and autism.

A therapeutic approach, and putting our children first, are integral to what we do.


Salary Range:
£30,
£33,176.00 Sleep ins available and paid in addition to salary.**

Key responsibilities include:


  • Manage a team of support workers.
  • Provide regular supervision and training.
  • Be part of and support the leaderships team where necessary.
  • Work directly with the children being a good role model to the team. Take on such administrative duties as required by the homes manager.

Essential requirements:


  • At least two year's experience leadership role in a residential childcare environment.
  • To hold a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Able to work under pressure and make decisions in stressful situations.
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in written format.
  • A committed team player.
  • Mature, responsible and levelheaded.
