Do you have excellent typing skills, administration and communication skills? Are you approachable and a team player? Do you have experience of Microsoft Office packages? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join ouradministration teams for a 12 month secondment.

The secondment is advertised at 22.5 hours perweek.

The post holder will have a minimum of 2 years administration and clerical experience, excellent communication skills and experience of working with the public preferably in a health care or clericalsetting.

Qualifications should include Business Administration level 3 or equivalent in Word Processing, high standard of typing skills, experience audio typing an advantage, knowledge of Microsoft packages, diary and time management skills along with organisational and prioritisation of workload.

The post holder will be based at Minerva Health Centre, Presto, in The Moving Well Admin Team.

The post holder will be aligned to a specific team but will work across the Services within the Moving Well Team providing cover for both planned and unplanned leave in response to the needs of the service and therefore flexibility to cover other sites is a prerequisite.

The role will involve undertaking a wide range of administrative duties including typing of reports and the provision of administrative support across the Moving Well Service, coordinating their activities to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
