Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our friendly team here at First Response Group in Leeds.

This Systems Administrator role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.


Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain business operating platforms and software.
  • Optimise process workflows and automation.
  • Review process efficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement including data cleansing.
  • Lead on statistical analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Support colleagues on effective use of business platforms.
  • Perform routine audits and delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure workflow processes are understood, adopted, and adhered to.

  • Thorough understanding of business operating systems (CRM platforms, workflow management systems).

  • Strong IT skills
  • Previous experience of administering workplace operating systems.

Desirable Skills:


  • Previous experience of working with BigChange & Logosoft
  • IT qualifications
  • Knowledge of Power BI & MS365 would be advantageous.
