**Group Transformation PMO Lead - £45K+ - East Yorkshire - Flexible Working

One of Xpertise' exclusive clients is looking to bring on a PMO Lead to support and drive new change and portfolio governance across Group Transformation.

Essential Skills:

Proven experience of working as a PMO lead.
Experience of Strategic Resource Planning.
Has previously developed a fit for purpose resourcing model.
A strategic thinker who drives new governance and processes to optimise our change management.
You'll have a passion for making a difference.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers and team members across the business.

The Role:

A focus on lead change management governance and continuous improvement processes.
Leading the development of a fit for purpose resourcing model.
Ownership of ITBM and other strategic resourcing solutions at a Business Unit level.

Strategic Resource Planning

Work closely with operational managers to support the rolling threeyear plan.
Leading Portfolio Team alignment to new TMO governance and processes.
Work with the Project Managers/Sponsors to provide and collate RAG reports on Strategic Projects into a single dashboard.
