Finance Business Partner - Hybrid, West Midlands**Part of LSL Property Services plc' Financial Services division, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with circa 1000 Mortgage & Insurance firms as business partners and approaching 3000 advisors working alongside us.

Other businesses within the FS division include TMA, Direct Life & Pensions and Linear Financial Solutions.

We are keen to recruit a talented
Finance Business Partner to join our first class Finance function based on the Birmingham Business Park in Solihull, West Midlands.

This role will specifically support TMA and the Linear Financial Solutions businesses.

Role Purpose:

To work alongside the business/departmental heads, providing information and analysis to senior management, helping them to make informed decisions driving business strategy.

Main Accountabilities:

Month end Pnl Variance analysis
Detailed story
Internal management reporting
Ensure ownership & accountability of key stakeholders
Production & delivery of budgets/forecasts
Creation of operational plan alongside key stakeholders
Management accounts
Cost centre reporting
Manage sales incentives scheme
Administer Business loans process
Investment & development spend
Monitor departmental spend
Detailed Month end analysis
Bottom up business plan
Analysis of commercial data

Skills and Expertise Required:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA,

- or equivalent)

Experience of working in financial services industry preferable
Provide evidencebased recommendations and influence

- decisions using insights

Produce professional reports
Understand the financial performance of business
Business partnering at all levels including senior

- management

Proactive and positive change agent
Work autonomously and as part of a team
Employ a flexible business partnering approach
Communicate complicated information to a wide range of

- audiences

Composure under pressure and experience of managing in

- challenging and pressured circumstances

Prioritise workload and meet deadlines
A team player who can work with stakeholder in other

- functions to achieve objectives.

AAT qualified/ Studying for ACCA/ACA/CIMA

Salary and Benefits -

Monies £45

The role is Full time Hybrid between
Home and our Solihull HQ
