Yolk Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading insurance company to recruit Insurance Sales Executives in Cardiff.

In this role, you will be outbound calling customers from warm leads and tailoring your service and sale to meet the customer's individual needs.

What you'll be doing as an Insurance Sales Executive:
As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be making outbound calls selling insurance to our niche market customers:

Support customers via outbound calls from customers wishing to purchase insurance.
To identify customers' needs and upsell policies to maximize sales opportunities.
To achieve personal sales and performance targets, you will be rewarded with commission for your hard work.
Pay due regard to the interest of customers and treat them fairly offering an exceptional level of customer service at all time

The experience you'll bring as an Insurance Sales Executive

Experience working in a sales role with customers via telephone
Bring a cando attitude, be willing to learn, and have a positive attitude.
A professional telephone manner
Ability to discuss sensitive topics, showing empathy to customers requirements.
