Freight Forwarder to join the team at their
Aberdeen offices.

This purpose of this new role is to provide integrated freight, logistics and supply chain solutions for customers in the oil and gas sector

Responsibilities

End to end freight forwarding in a project capacity
Planning, preparing and carrying out movements of out of gauge shipments as well as general project cargo
Receiving and checking purchase order details from customer
Arranging collections and deliveries
Arrange packing of cargo as required
Requesting/receiving/checking export documents from suppliers
Consolidation of cargo for export by all transport Modes
Booking space with carriers
Completing export / import documentation
Providing exceptional customer service
