We are now looking for Crew Accommodation Agents to join our UK team in our Luton office on a permanent, full-time basis Reporting into a Team Leader, the Crew Accommodation Agent is responsible for the timely and efficient handling of inbound inquiries, to source hotel and transportation needs of our airline clients.
You will support with a variety of queries in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task liaising with other departments as necessary to ensure a swift and consistent resolution.
What we're looking for:
We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service with relevant work experience in either the travel industry (hotels/airline/travel agency) or hospitality.
You will have great communication and listening skills with a problem-solving mind set and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
Hours of work:
You will be required to work a basic 40 hours per week on a varying day and night shift rotation, this is done on basis of 04 on 04 off / 12 hour shifts as determined by the staffing and pattern of work published in the local staffing roster.
This will include the requirement to work nights, weekends and public holidays according to the roster of work needed to meet the requirements of the business.
