Responsibilities:
- Experience of managing and developing a team, as well as working efficiently with them
- Experience in working in a property / estates/ maintenance team
- Good administrative experience to include developing and improving processes
- Experience developing and improving a service and customer service
- Lead on the management of maintenance across all OUR 150 PROPERTIES.
- Lead and organise the running and development of the maintenance team within established procedures and policies.
- Direct and manage team members to quickly respond and carry out repairs to faulty or damaged building elements, finishes, fixtures and fittings, mechanical & electrical systems.
- Encourage the delivery of an excellent customer service culture
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Arrange for routine maintenance checks
- Manage the rota system to ensure appropriate resources are available to satisfy demands.
- Create schedules for when properties are going to be checked and serviced
- Through maintenance jobs through an app
You should have significant experience in a maintenance management or scheduler role, ideally within a customer facing and multi-site environment (hotel, care home etc.).
