Valuation Surveyor, Birmingham (Hybrid) - £35K-£40K**Spinks has collaborated with the UK's leading specialist advisor. They are currently seeking a valuation Surveyor to join their dynamic team based in Birmingham.


Skills and Experience

  • Essential: Relevant qualification or RICS Chartered Status.
  • Ideally: One to two years of postqualification experience.
  • Essential: Proficiency in valuation techniques
  • Essential: Methodical approach to valuations and report preparation
  • Ideally: Understanding of Accounts and Leases
  • Essential: Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Essential: Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Ideally: Familiarity with the trade sector and market trends
  • Ideally: Knowledge of relevant legislation
