Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Trade Recaps and Confirmations:
- Prepare and manage trade recaps and confirmations with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all trade details are correctly recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
Back Office Support:
- Assist with the daytoday operations of the back office.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all trade activities.
Trade Chasing:
- Proactively follow up on outstanding trades to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
- Liaise with brokers, clients, and counterparties to resolve any trade discrepancies.
Invoice Chasing:
- Manage and chase invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile any payment issues.
Administrative Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the trading team.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and data entry as required.
Daily P&L Reporting:
- Run daily profit and loss (P&L) reports.
- Analyze and report any discrepancies or significant changes to the trading team.
End of Day Reports:
- Prepare and distribute endofday reports summarizing the day's trading activities.
- Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on time.
Adding New Counterparties:
- Assist in the process of adding new counterparties to the trading screen.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a trade support or similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of trading operations and financial markets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with trading software and platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trading and settlements.
Work Environment:
- Fastpaced and dynamic trading floor environment.
- Collaborative team setting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Pay:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
