Key Accountabilities include:

  • Understanding & defining feature requirements as the inputs for product enhancements
  • Collaboration across business lines and technical teams to understand the product use case
  • Working within the Product development team to achieve shared goals and deliverables
  • Interact with internal & external stakeholders displaying a firm grasp on product functionality
  • Collaborate with business team peers, Development and QA teams to design additional feature enhancements
  • Define business logic with a firm understanding of technical design
  • Ensure product documentation is updated and maintained
  • Cross organization collaboration with Customer Support teams to transition product knowledge and understanding work with customers where needed to answer complex problems
