What you'll do:


As a Credit Sales Vice President, you'll be selling authorised NatWest Markets products to authorised and approved NatWest Markets clients.

This will involve providing senior sales coverage of institutional UK investors for the flow credit desk and assessing risk for NatWest Markets to our core investor base.


You'll also:

  • Sell primary market transactions to core investors, including private placements and work with secondary trading to assess risk
  • Arrange meetings with issuers and stakeholders across trading, research, and management with the UK investor base
  • Provide value added sales coverage, performing analysis, and producing innovative content
  • Promote the success of the business both within the credit sector and across the rates and FX franchises, championing our climate and sustainability efforts

The skills you'll need:


In your new role, you'll need a thorough understanding of the credit business across IG, financials, and MTN, as well as knowledge of the macroeconomic environment.

You'll have deep investor relationships within the UK client base and an understanding of clients' investment constraints to service our investors, including duration matching, and credit ratings.


You'll also need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge of the bond market
  • The ability to assimilate, interpret, and prioritise huge amounts of information and act with professionalism and due respect with all internal and external stakeholders
