Yu Smart is a Meter Equipment Manager within the Energy Sector delivering smart meter and EV charge-point installation services. Yu Smart are looking for a Revenue Protection Officer to join our innovative business.

The role is to investigate, detect and deter instances of Theft of Gas and Abstraction of Electricity by Business customers.

Using various data interrogation techniques to identify instances of energy theft
Strong customer service experience, with an ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

The ability to record and report information with a high degree of accuracy.

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good computer skills

Ideally have previous experience within a Revenue Protection officer role, but not essential.
