Overview of the
role:


Salary From £19,000 to £30,000 OTE


Evolve Home Energy Solutions have developed an expansion into the renewable energy sector with an interest in Solar PV and Battery Storage.

This new branch of Evolve will give someone the opportunity to develop their knowledge in the future of Solar Energy whilst also gaining knowledge in a variety of CRM software.


You will responsible for Checking and Submitting documents relevant to the handover process for Solar PV and Battery, this consists of pre and post Documentation required to meet MCS and Gas Accreditation requirements.


This will include but not limited to:

  • Carrying out performance calculations for Renewable Technology via online software
  • Checking and submitting Solar installation paperwork on required platforms
  • Rearrange Schematic diagrams on software for each installation
  • Assisting Installation Team with administration and bookings including arranging scaffolding, appointments and liaising with engineers, customers and contractors.
  • Generating Handover Packs for consumers
  • Checking Inspection reports and photographs of installation and assisting Installations Manager with Quality Control
  • Keeping Quality/Management records up to date


It is a requirement that with every solar PV and Battery Installation we generate a full handover pack for the consumer which will include all information produced from software.

This will be aligned with MCS and Gas Accreditation. You will be in charge of managing Quality Control and Communication.

Although basic knowledge will be required, full training will be provided to the right applicant.


Hours:

Monday to Friday

9am till 5pm with 1 hour lunch.


Relevant Skills:


  • Required to have good computer skills working with CRM Software and Simple Excel use.
  • Needs to be a well organised individual with great attention to detail
  • Having basic knowledge in Renewable Energy is preferred but not essential
  • Confidence using phones to contact customers and arrange appointments
  • Willingness to expand to an experienced Renewable Energy Coordinator
