Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines to produce a variety of parts and components for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to determine the correct dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including selecting and installing appropriate tools and adjusting machine settings as needed
Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts, replacing worn or damaged tools, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy and conformance to quality standards, and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including tracking machine usage and downtime, and recording finished product quantities and defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines
Proficiency with computeraided design (CAD) and computeraided manufacturing (CAM) software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problemsolving and troubleshooting skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£16.05 per hour
