Acting as an assistant to the Service & Maintenance team; the assistants' role & responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

The principal duties will include:

• Working closely with department members assisting with daytoday tasks;
• Booking in service visits for directly employed engineers, and subcontractors,
• Use company software to check, verify and send reports,
• Put together small quotes to suit recommendations off the back of visits,
• Filing and storing of company documents,
• Provide administrative support to accounts,
• Be the main vocal point for customers to contact (then delegate as needed).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• An excellent level of IT literacy
• Word, Excel and Outlook

- with an ability to quickly learn in-house systems,

• Ability to manage own work load by effectively prioritising and multitasking,
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), must be confident and courteous on the telephones and be able to communicate at all levels,
• The ability to remain calm under pressure,
• Customer service oriented with focus on the success of the business,
• People person yet resilient and assertive with proactive and positive attitude,
• Effective problem solving & organisational skills,
• An excellent attention to detail.
