What will you be doing?

  • Inventory Control
  • Processing of weekly/monthly stockcounting from count sheets to ERP system and proactive investigation of errors.
  • Completing monthly stock reports.
  • Log any obsolete/slow moving items noted from counts to review with management accountant.
  • Liaise with production to complete periodic physical checks.
  • Preparation of weekly production reports for the Operations team.
  • Prepare weekly variance reports, run settlement routines and review variances to highlight issues.
  • Combine permanent and temporary labour data to report labour variances against allowance. Review and action requirement for labour transfers. Month end provision of direct labour, holiday pay and temp labour.
  • Review new raw and tradeable materials required, checking classification, master data and impact on BOMs.
  • Working with ERP system users to resolve configuration issues and errors preventing PGI of goods.
  • Process Barclaycard statement collate receipts, ensure authorisation in place and post.
  • Overheads: review and post monthly invoice accruals.
  • Collation of environmental data for monthly reporting.
  • Other adhoc duties.
  • Communicate with other people within Kingspan and externally as necessary to accomplish the job.
  • Proactively seek out solutions to problems by dealing directly with those involved on the shopfloor.
  • Bring any training needs to the attention of the Financial Accountant.
  • Operating in compliance with ISO 37301, 45001, 14001, 9001, 50001,
and Code of Conduct.


Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Currently studying AAT or equivalent; or looking to study accounting qualification.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines.
  • Good communicator with ability to ask the right questions and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
  • Fast worker, enthusiastic and ability to make things happen.
  • IT literate competent in excel, and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
