Client Services Manager

Location:
Milton Keynes/hybrid

The client services manager will play the lead role in the delivery in client projects
To manage the delivery of the programme communications plans
Creating the design briefs and briefing the internal creative department
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and keeping up to date all programme websites via a content management tool
Overall responsibility for programme and client data
Project manage client jobs
Work with your senior members of the tam to actively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Manage all financial aspects of client projects

Skills and experience:

Significant client management experience
Substantial project management experience
Financial management experience
Excellent IT skills
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
