EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, one of South West London's leading independent estate agencies which has been established over thirty years to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team.


As a Sales Negotiator you will be dealing with applicants looking to buy property, conducting viewings and negotiating offers with a view to achieving the best outcome and a smooth process for their clients.

The opportunity offers a £20k basic salary and a realistic £55k - £60k on target earnings with company car or car allowance.

The role:

  • Sales Negotiator
  • Registering new applicants for Sales and identifying their specific requirements
  • Arranging and accompanying property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to vendors and landlords
  • Conducting sales progression
  • Working closely with the team to achieve office targets

Experience/skills required:

  • 1 years + experience working in a Sales Negotiator role
  • Clean driving licence
  • Must be selfmotivated, hardworking and confident
  • Great communication skills
  • Looking for a longterm career

Package/Working hours:
- £20k basic salary per annum
- £55k-£60k On target earnings

  • Personal Bonus scheme available
  • Company car or car allowance of £3k per annum
  • Five day working week: Mon to Thurs 97pm, Friday 96.30pm and Saturday's 94pm (work every Saturday with a day off during the week)
  • 20 days annual leave, plus closed all bank holidays (8 days) and an extra days leave given at Christmas.
