Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor

We're seeking a talented and motivated Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Gateshead on a full-time basis.

As a key member of our production department, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, driving productivity, and ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly from start to finish.


You will be responsible for all aspects of a production line accountable maintaining and positively influencing the key processing KPI's around H&S, food safety, quality, efficiency, and waste aligned with the company core values.


Qualifications Essential**- Able to effectively manage people, systems and processes

  • Working knowledge root cause analysis.
  • Sound IT, verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Knowledge of business, finance and management principles.
  • Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of team.

Desirable

  • Experience in an organisation that has experienced rapid change and transformation
  • Project management
  • Experience in culture change
  • Knowledge how to use CI tools and systems.

Additional Information
Salary - £32,146.64

Shifts - Monday to Friday, 3 shift rotation (6am till 2pm, 2pm till 10pm and 10pm till 6am)
