We are looking for a Catering Team Leader to join our Team.

The Catering Team Leader is responsible for planning, organising and participating in the preparation, regeneration and serving of foods for patients, staff and visitors.

The Team Leader will ensure that all patients' individual dietary and cultural needs are met entirely in liaison with Dieticians, Nursing Staff and Nutritionists.

The Catering Team Leader will ensure that all foods produced meet the required standards in terms of quality, presentation, temperature and portion size and ensure that the department's practices and procedures comply with Food Safety Regulations, Assured Safe Catering and that evidence of Due Diligence is provided.
