Position:3rd Line Engineer


Location:
Remote/London


Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits


Contract/Permanent:
Permanent


Working Hours
The working hours are 9am-5:30pm and provide remote working with the occasional travel to a client site which will be located within London


The 3rd Line Engineer:


The
3rd Line Engineer will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and engaging environment it provides good opportunities to learn new technology and further your skills.

The
3rd Line Engineer will need to have a good troubleshooting knowledge of Desktops and Office 365 as well as having experience in Azure Active Directory and Networking.


Responsibilities of the 3rd Line Engineer will include:

  • Project work
  • such as a migration to SharePoint, Mobile Device Deployments ect
  • BAU such as managing tickets and dealing with escalated issues from the 2nd Line Engineers
  • Travelling to client sites typically once or twice a month

Key Skills of the 3rd Line Engineer:

  • Office 365 suite
  • Outlook/Exchange/Teams/One Drive/SharePoint


  • Azure

  • AD Sync and basic Azure understanding


  • Networking

  • VPN/Firewalls


  • Intune

  • Mobile device / Desktop Deployments

Desirable (but not essential) Skills of the 3rd Line Engineer:

  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Previous experience with Meraki Switches
  • Experience with My SQL


  • Intune
- implementation from scratch
