The Company recruiting for the Technical Dispatcher:

The Role of the Technical Dispatcher:
In this business-critical role, you will be the initial point of contact for insurance policy holders.

You will liaise between the customer and the field-based technician to arrange a time for them to attend and assess damage, as arranging any future visitsrequired for the technician.

You'll also be required to provide regular updates to the insurance companies and policy holders. At peak times, you will also help out other departments with claims handling and related administration matters. This is a Mon-Frirole, working 40 hours per week.

In this customer facing role, you will be joining an existing team of advisors and handlers. You'll need to be organised, us your initiative, and a problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude. You also need to be able to keep level-headed and calm in stressfulsituations.
