  • The Head of Marketing
  • Clienteling is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for acquiring and retaining Private Clients, as well as the [Shop from Anywhere] clienteling program. In addition, the Head of Marketing
  • Clienteling will be coordinating the design, development, and delivery of content to acquire, engage, and retain high net worth (HNW) clients of The Bicester Collection, as well [Shop from Anywhere] clients.
    What you will be doing
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that support the growth of the Clienteling business
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in PR, Partnerships, Marketing, Hospitality, and Operations to drive client acquisition and to maximise the use of physical spaces inside our villages
  • Brief compelling content and messaging that differentiates the Clienteling program within source and local markets and be a custodian/ champion of the content among local Village teams
  • Brief the creation of and produce global program collateral to complement playbooks and toolboxes to guide local efforts, for use with PR and central partnerships to acquire new Clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Leasing, Retail, Operations, Partnerships, and Communications teams to ensure alignment and support of marketing initiatives internally and with external brand partners

To be successful with us, you'll have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on clientelling initiatives in luxury retail, hospitality, and/or financial services
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in WhatsAppforBusiness, Live-Streaming platforms e.g. Bambuser
  • Understanding of Digital Media & SEO
  • Proven experience delivering successful acquisition and retention marketing initiatives, specifically targeting HNW / "black book" clients
  • Clear understanding of luxury branding, as proven through work with brands present in The Bicester Collection's villages
  • Experience working with thirdparty partners (financial, publishing, hospitality) on cobranded opportunities including events and communications
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fastpaced environment
  • Welldefined understanding of guest journeys and client relationship management
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Arabic, and/or Mandarin
