As an experienced Agile Coach, your mission is to help the CTO organisations team of innovators, product owners, product managers, scrum masters and technologists unlock their agile potential to deliver next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run.

Your expertise in various domains including lean, culture, collaboration, facilitation, professional coaching, process improvement and a focus on delivering value will be counted on to set direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally.

The Agile Coach will have a deep understanding of the Agile domain and a passion for continuous improvement and coaching.


Essential Duties:


  • Help to build a centralized CTO coaching team
  • Coaching and delivering effective models that enable the organization
  • Model advanced agile coaching competencies to elevate and inspire others to develop their own coaching competencies.
  • Use professional coaching, mentoring, facilitation and training to support leaders on their personal development journies.
  • Increase CTO wide organization alignment through coaching
  • Advise the central Product Office on GT Product Model rollout
  • Help the org identify impediments and discover ways to remove dependencies
  • Foster strategic relationships within the CTO org and wider in the firm
  • Help guide the organization on using Agile practices and values to delight customers.
  • Guide members of the organization to build agile mindsets and thrive in an agile environment
  • Support Leaders in developing their leadership effectiveness
  • Help assess the Agile health and fluency of the organization and coach to higher effectiveness, at a pace that is sustainable.
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problemsolving.
  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Help build a thriving agile community inside of the CTO organization and across the firm.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
  • Collaborate to build interactive trainings and training programs to support budding agilists and experts alike.
  • Connect with other Agile and training orgs within the firm to share ideas and collaborate where possible.
  • Identify and use metrics to support and guide continuous improvement

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Deep Lean/Agile skills including at least 2 years in one or more of the agile roles, ScrumMaster, Product Owner, or Agile Team Member,
  • Excellent skills in Facilitation, Training, Mentoring and Professional Coaching
  • Strong experience in at least 1 agile coaching domain and knowledge of the others
  • Strong social and emotional intelligence.
  • Good skills and knowledge of lean, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Knowledge of various welldocumented patterns and techniques (example: scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps, story mapping, example mapping, transformation plans, operating models, scaled agile frameworks).

Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):

  • Knowledge of professional coaching approaches such as ORSC, Co-Active, etc
  • Agile Coaching Certification (ICE-AC, CEC, CTC) or Professional Coaching Certification (ICF-ACC, ICF-PCC or ICF-MCC)
