Our Afersales Advisors manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. The role aims to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products.We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.
The Aftersales Advisor we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results' driven environment.
They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations.They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Hyundai brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to performance.
For this role you must have the following:
- At least 2 years' experience within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience

£24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
