Description
An exciting Opportunity has a risen for a Customer Service Associate to join our Clients inbound customer service department.

The role will be taking calls from their customers in relation to the software platform they had had installed in their residence.


What we're looking for:

There is a lot of detective work, so you will have great problem-solving skills. You will need to be a very effective communicator, capable of listening and understanding people's needs and problems. You will need patience when dealing with some of their customerswho find it difficult to explain themselves. You will be comfortable working with technology and will have good l communication skills. You will need to be flexible and be able to multi-task


Useful information:

37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
20 days holiday
Salary £28,000 - £32,000 per year
Based Richmond please note there is no on-site car parking
