Job Opportunity

If you have an administration background, enjoy giving great customer service and you're looking for a new challenge with a company that treats its employees like family then come this way


Responsibilities

  • Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
  • Raising paperwork / job packs in preparation of customer's appointments
  • Making outbound calls for: VHC followup to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered parts
  • Updating vehicle and customer records
  • Supporting frontline staff with administration duties

Qualifications

  • Administration/office experience
  • Full UK Driving License

Salary and Benefits
- £24k Basic £29k+ OTE

  • 86 Monday Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
  • Free onsite parking
  • Main Dealer training
  • 22 days holiday + BH
