Sellick Partnership is pleased to be assisting with the recruitment for a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join an Alternative Business Structure based in Kent on a permanent and remote (if preferred) basis.

Our client specialises in undertaking work for LocalAuthorities and they are seeking a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their established and well supported Childcare Team.

The ideal Senior Childcare Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent with proven experience of child protection work,including advocacy in the Family Courts.

Day to day responsibilities may include;

Represent clients before the court
Work collaboratively within the team, advising upon all aspects of the work of the Child Protection Team, including advice to social workers,the Office of General Counsel and external clients
Carry out legal research for own cases, and share expertise and knowledge with fellow team members
