I am currently recruiting on behalf of an SEN School in the NW Kent area. The school are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to support within their PMLD (profound, multiple learning difficulties) class.

This class supports pupils with complex needs acrossall ages (primary and secondary) and is well supported with TAs and Teaching staff.

Applicants will have a passion for working with children and young people bringing creativity and positive energy to the class.

Applicants need to be robust and dedicated,and whilst this can be changeling it is ultimately very rewarding.

Professional and caring individual
Flexible, adaptable and able to work on own initiative
Able to work with all age groups
Must be comfortable with personal care (toileting)
Moving and handling (incl. hoists) this would be beneficial but not essential
Experience working within an SEN setting is beneficial but not essential

The role:

Teaching Assistant (Profound, Multiple Learning Difficulties)

Full-Time

Monday to Friday 08:30am 15:30pm
Start date: September 2021
Daily Rate: from £ depending on experience)
Be able to commit to working the hours specified above.
If you have been a UK resident for less than 5 years, a right to work visa must be provided and a criminal background check certificate must be provided for any country resided in for 6 months or more within the past 5 years.
Provide all required documentation (ID, Qualifications)
